Personally, I do not think that the bottom has hit yet nor will it in the near future. The economy will remain volatile driven by the unstable housing markets which are on the verge of a second collapse. The Alt A mortgage ARMs have yet to reset and will do so in 2009-2012. This is going to dwarf that of the subprime mortgage catastrophe. Let me know what you think.
